Social Media Specialist

42 is growing and looking for a motivated and talented Social Media Specialist to join our all-star team. In this role, you will be in charge of interacting with targeted social network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences via social media platforms.

We create digital products and services through UI/UX, web development, and content marketing in the tech and blockchain industries. We work with super exciting startups and enterprises, shaping and sharpening their products in record time.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

• Write, develop, and strategise online content production and scheduling

• Generate, edit, publish and share content daily

• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging

• Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles

• Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies

Who you are

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing and social media

• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns

• Strong familiarity with social media tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field

• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Social Media Specialist, including planning and managing content in a startup or agency setting

• Native English - a must
