Community Manager

42 is growing and looking for a motivated and talented Community Manager to join our all-star team. You will be in charge of creating and implementing social media and communication campaigns that align with marketing strategies in this role.

What We Do
We create digital products and services through UI/UX, web development, and content marketing in the tech and blockchain industries. We work with super exciting startups and enterprises, shaping and sharpening their products in record time.

What You'll Do

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

  • Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency

  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals

Who you are

  • Experienced in launching community initiatives (such as building an online forum, creating an event series, and or writing email newsletters)

  • Hands-on experience with community management on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field

  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager with knowledge of online marketing channels

  • Native English - a must
